Summary

This position is located in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Office of Enforcement. The incumbent assists Enforcement management and staff in a variety of very complex activities and functions necessary to effectuate the Bureau's enforcement mission.

Responsibilities

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:

  • Monitor the status of investigations, projects, and other deliverables throughout Enforcement and ensures that Enforcement systems accurately and timely reflect this progress. Conducts regular audits of system information and data and communicates with Enforcement staff to ensure accurate and timely information is maintained in Enforcement systems.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing clearance and other review processes for Enforcement. Receives documents and other materials from within Enforcement, ensures completeness, and routes to appropriate personnel throughout the Bureau for review in accordance with Bureau and Enforcement procedures.
  • Oversee, manage, and maintain Enforcement's various systems in support of curating, sharing, and using information across Enforcement (i.e., knowledge management), including maintaining accurate and timely content through appropriate vetting, updating, and auditing.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and recommendations to senior management on clearance, review, and knowledge management processes and systems relevant to Enforcement.
