Summary

This position is located in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Office of Enforcement. Enforcement's mission is to consistently and effectively enforce Federal consumer financial laws to protect consumers from harm, including through investigations, litigation, and by partnering with other federal and state agencies.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Work with other administrative staff in ensuring all operational and administrative functions adequately serve the needs of Enforcement staff. Implements and assesses administrative policy, operations, and procedures throughout Enforcement.
  • Ensure compliance with records management policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Work with other operational and administrative staff, Enforcement staff, and external parties to identify and address logistical needs associated with litigation. Provides guidance to individuals and groups on policies, systems, and processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Enforcement Director and specified senior leadership, including making necessary travel arrangements, managing calendars, arranging meetings, and compiling materials.
