On April 29, 2020, the Bureau released two factsheets on the ECOA valuation rule. The factsheets provide information on transaction coverage under the Rule and delivery method and timing requirements for appraisals and other written valuations . The Bureau also published an FAQ related to the ECOA valuations rule in light of the COVID-19 emergency.
